LEGO Ideas Floating Sea Otters (set 21366) is a building set of 1234 pieces for adults; the packaging says 18+. You build a sea otter floating in the water with her pup, which rests on her belly. The mother's head, mouth, flippers and claws are adjustable, and you can also give her a buildable shell. The original design was created by a LEGO fan, after which other fans voted for it and the model went into production. On the packaging it is listed as LEGO Ideas #074.
