BUMBA - DRAWING SCHOOL WITH LIGHTING TABLE

This creative set from Lisciani is built around a light table in A4 format. You lay a stencil and a sheet of paper on top, the light shines through and the outlines of the Bumba characters come up clearly enough to trace.

With the light table come stencils of Bumba characters and scenes, stickers, scented markers and colouring materials. Your child colours the drawings in, decorates them further and brightens up the light table itself.

Tracing is a useful halfway house for a child who cannot yet draw from memory: the shape is already there and the hand does the work. Bumba comes from the Studio 100 series of the same name, so the characters are recognisable straight away to anyone who watches it.

A gift for a young Bumba fan who likes to draw, and a set that keeps coming back out as long as there is paper in the house.
